Man Wanted In Gas Station Shooting Believed To Be In Michigan

FLINT, Mich. (LEX 18/Michigan Live) – A man accused of killing a man in a rural Kentucky gas station is believed to be in the Flint, Michigan area, a Michigan area television station reports.

Investigators say that Phillip Lee Lewis, 25, shot and killed Gary Medlin as he attempted to flee during a robbery at the A&B Quickstop in Gray, Ky.

Medlin was a father of two.

Lewis is 24-years-old, 160 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. Lewis is a black male with a tattoo on his right forearm and the left side of this chest. He is considered armed and dangerous and is currently wanted out of Mississippi for a probation violation warrant. He has known connections to Michigan and Mississippi.

Now, federal investigators believe he is in Flint, Michigan.
