WHITLEY COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A man killed in a Wednesday morning crash on Kentucky Highway 92 has been identified.
The coroner says 59-year-old John Adkins, of Versailles, was killed when a truck headed westbound toward McCreary County went off the road and crashed.
Another person was extricated from the vehicle using the jaws of life. They were taken to an area hospital with lower body injuries.
