ANDERSON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — An Anderson County man has been charged in a 9-count indictment related to child pornography.
Authorities say 46-year-old William Richard Smith of Lawrenceburg faces charges of receiving, distributing and possessing child pornography.
The charges cover alleged crimes committed from May 2016 to June 2017.
Smith was arrest in late 2017, when state officials charged him with 100 counts of possessing child pornography.
A hearing in the case is set for Feb. 19.
