LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– Two brothers were arrested after being accused of throwing a woman onto a major road.
Police arrested Michael and Harold Whisman around 2 a.m. Sunday morning.
They say that just before 11 p.m. Saturday, the two threw Michael’s girlfriend onto Winchester Road.
We’re told the victim was treated at the hospital for head and possible neck injuries.
Police say the victim was knocked out by her fall and was outside in below-freezing temperatures for an extended period of time.
The Whisman brothers face charges of assault and wanton endangerment.
