LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A man wanted for murder in Texas has been arrested in Lexington.
Police received a tip around 1:15 p.m. Saturday saying the fugitive, 38-year-old Jerry W. Greer, was staying at the LaQuinta Inn on Stanton Way.
Officers confirmed the warrant and began surveillance on the location.
Greer exited the hotel around 3:30 p.m. and was placed under arrest without incident.
