RICHMOND, Ky. (LEX 18)- A Madison County man is in jail after police say he threatened to send his “goons” to torture a woman.
Richmond police say that Daniel Middleton, 40, accused a woman of stealing $500 cash and drugs from him. The woman called police saying that Middleton said he would send his goon squad to torture the woman until she returned the goods.
Middleton agreed to settle the debt for $350 and when he arrived at her home, he was taken into custody.
Middleton is facing charges of tampering with physical evidence, terroristic threatening, theft by extortion and being a felon in possession of a handgun.
