LEXINGTON, KY (LEX 18)- A man accused of robbing a woman at gunpoint in the Saint Joseph Hospital Parking Garage pleaded not guilty in court on Tuesday.
Jody Shipman, 27, faces several charges.
Police say he forced a woman to drive to an ATM where he made her withdraw 100 dollars in cash. He is also wanted for a robbery that occurred last month. According to police, he was also caught on camera using a stolen credit card.
Shipman is due back in court on February 19th.
