(LEX 18) — Gov. Matt Bevin has order a tribute for a Fort Campbell green beret who recently was killed in Syria.

Army Chief Warrant Officer 2 Jonathan Farmer, who was 37, died Jan. 16 of injuries sustained in a suicide bombing.

U.S. and Kentucky flags will be flown at half-staff on Monday.

The honor will coincide with Farmer’s funeral services in Florida.
