LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A man has been arrested after he allegedly abused a young family member.
Police arrested 38-year-old Ram Bastola around 10 a.m. Wednesday.
According to an arrest citation, an infant was brought to UK Hospital last January with an unexplained bruise on his ear.
During an investigation, allegations of sexual abuse of the child’s 5-year-old sibling surfaced.
Investigators were told that Bastola fondled and exposed himself to the child while forcing another child to watch.
He is charged with first-degree sexual abuse.
