FRANKFORT, Ky. (LEX 18)– An Indiana woman is dead after officials say she drove the wrong way on westbound Interstate 64.
It happened Wednesday near the 58 mile marker.
Officials say the driver, later identified as 50-year-old Regina Restivo, drove down the wrong ramp and collided into two other vehicles.
The coroner is reporting that Restivo, of Indianapolis, appeared to have died from injuries sustained in the crash.
One other person was transported and another person was uninjured.
