LOUISVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18)– A Louisville man has been arrested for allegedly soliciting sex with minors overseas–the youngest victim just 8-years-old.
23-year-old Shaun Dickson was already on house arrest for similar charges.
Back in 2017, investigators found he was communicating with a minor, sending sexually explicit content via Skype.
Dickson was arrested again Thursday and charged with four felony counts.
Cyber investigators say Dickson posed as an 11-year-old girl on Instagram and communicated with several minors in Australia.
He’s set to be arraigned Friday.
