BEREA, Ky. (LEX 18) – A 4-year-old’s father and uncle are in jail after deputies say the child was forced to wear a shock collar as punishment.
According to an arrest citation, Luke Sampson, 35, allowed his four-year-old’s uncle, Theodore Sampson, 42, to place a shock collar on the child.
Shock collars are typically used on dogs. The citation states that Luke Sampson encouraged Theodore to initiate shocking the victim.
Both men have been charged with criminal abuse and were lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.
