RICHMOND, Ky. (LEX 18) — Richmond police are putting out another call for help to find Savannah Spurlock, the 23-year-old mother of four last seen leaving a Lexington bar eight weeks ago.

The plea to the public comes as friends and family prepare to hold a prayer vigil Saturday evening.

Spurlock was last seen Jan. 4 leaving The Other Bar in Lexington.

Surveillance video capture her walking with two men, who police have identified and questioned. A third man also was questioned, but no one has been arrested or charged in the case.

Police also have searched a home in Garrard County where they believe Spurlock may have gone after leaving the bar.

But with each passing day with information, the pain for Spurlock’s loved ones grows. Still, they cling to hope.

“I have to hold on to that hope until I don’t have a reason to hold on to that hope,” said the missing woman’s mother, Ellen Spurlock. “I realize that as time goes by it gets harder and harder, but there is that possibility that she’s OK and she will come home to us.”

The prayer vigil begins at 7 p.m. at the Eastside Community Church in Richmond. Everyone is welcome to attend. The family asks those who cannot attend to light a candle wherever you are post it on social media along with the hashtag “#SavannahStrong.”
