OLDHAM COUNTY, Ky. (WAVE 3) – An Oldham County man is facing charges after police say he was caught on video breaking the leg of his girlfriend’s 2-year-old.
According to WAVE 3 News, deleted cell phone video appears to show Curt D. Marshall grabbing the 2-year-old boy by the ankles and swinging him onto the couch.
Marshall has been charged with second-degree criminal abuse of a child 12 or under, first degree wanton endangerment and assault.
A CPS report also states that the mother of the child told authorities she couldn’t find a ride to the hospital the night of the incident. He was taken the next day and had surgery to repair the damage.
