BOYLE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– A juvenile is facing charges following an act of vandalism at a local retail store.
It happened around 10 p.m. Saturday at Walmart in Danville.
Officials say the were called out the next day regarding a criminal mischief complaint.
According to a press release, individuals were observed on surveillance cameras opening two cans of deer attractant (doe urine) and spraying them on merchandise throughout the store. The amount of damage totaled $2,345.
The Danville Police Department has identified and spoken to the three individuals seen on camera and involved with the incident.
As a result of the investigation, police will be seeking charges of criminal mischief against a 17-year-old male.
