LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) -Fayette County Coroner Gary Ginn is seeking the public’s assistance in finding the next of kin of a homeless individual.
Raymond Shackleford was found March 4. He had previously been living under an overpass in Winchester.
Shackleford was 59 years old and was originally from Midland, Texas. He was widowed and had a son named Theo Shackleford.
