LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – Lexington police blocked off Carlisle Avenue following the aftermath of someone being struck by a vehicle.
Witnesses tell LEX 18 that a man was struck by a car and was dragged for several feet. They then say the driver sped off.
Neighbors also tell LEX 18 that the man was unresponsive and that the vehicle was black, but none of that information has been released by police officers.
Lexington police would not say anything about the circumstances that led up to the incident, only saying it was under investigation.
