LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – Police are responding to a shooting that occurred at a home on Warfield Drive in Lexington.
Police say a woman was found with a gunshot wound to the hip in a bedroom of the home. Police don’t believe this shooting is random.
The woman was taken to UK Hospital with minor injuries. She is expected to be okay.
Authorities say they know the identity of the shooter but his name has not been released.
