LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Two people from Boyle County who were are arrested last year on child pornography charges have been indicted in a federal court in Lexington.
Richard Derringer, 46, and 36-year-old Jacquolyn Walls-Land each are charged with conspiracy to produce videos of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, aiding and abetting each other in that production and possession of child pornography.
Walls-Land also is charged with attempted distribution of child pornography, while Derringer also is charged with distribution of methamphetamine.
The pair’s other cases in Boyle County still are pending.
