FRANKFORT, Ky. (LEX 18) — A restaurant owner has been charged more than a year after federal raids at Asian eateries in Frankfort, Shelbyville and La Grange.
Fei Guo Tang was indicted this week on charges of harboring aliens, paying less than minimum wage and failure to pay overtime.
The charges are related to allegations involving Asian Buffet in Frankfort.
The indictment also includes a charge of possession of child pornography.
Tang’s brother was charged last year on charges of harboring aliens, paying less than minimum wage and not paying overtime in connection with the Asian Buffet in Shelbyville.
