LOUISVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Louisville child pornography case continues to generate criminal charges, five years after it first became public.

Authorities say Michael Anthony Vinson was indicted last week on a charge of aiding and abetting the production of child pornography.

The indictment accuses Vinson of helping another man coerce a minor into engaging in sexually explicit behavior, which was captured on video.

The man Vinson is accused of helping, Christopher Kosicki, was sentenced in 2016 to 50 years in prison.

In that case, Kosicki was convicted of using 10 minors for child pornography.

If convicted, Vinson faces at least 15 years and a maximum of 30 years in prison.
