LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Lexington police said charges were pending after a one-vehicle crash early Sunday morning.
Authorities say a driver crashed about 12:30 a.m. along Mercer Road, near Leestown and New Circle roads.
Police said the driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
Officials said the intoxication was suspected as a cause for the crash and that the driver was likely to face arrest and charges after treatment.
