LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – You may have to actually talk to someone on the phone. Verizon Wireless is reporting a widespread outage impacting customers’ ability to send text messages.
The website DownDetector.com showed numerous outages, including in part of Kentucky.
Verizon says they are working to fix the issue.
