LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– An Indiana man is in custody after he allegedly engaged in sex acts with a young child.
Police arrested Patrick Noble, of Monticello, Ind., around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in Lexington.
An arrest citation says the alleged crimes happened between September and December of last year.
The citation says the child told the babysitter that the mother had demonstrated how to perform oral sex on a man later identified as Noble.
It says the mother left the child with Noble, telling him he could do whatever he wanted.
Noble is charged with first-degree sodomy.
