WARREN COUNTY, Ky. (WNKY)– A 20-year old student at Western Kentucky University has been arrested for allegedly making sexual contact with a minor.

WKU police arrested Niles Woods just after noon Monday outside Southwest Hall.

Woods is charged with first-degree sexual abuse involving a minor and tampering with physical evidence.

A WKU PD spokesman says the minor was living across state lines when the alleged abuse happened.
