PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – Update: The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office confirms Joyce Ard was found safely.
Joyce Ard, 73, was last seen on March 12 around noon. She was driving a white, 4-door Chevrolet Malibu. The sheriff reports she was on her way to a doctor’s appointment in Somerset. The license plate number is 294-GHS.
Ard is described as 5’4″ and weighs 135 pounds. She has medical conditions that require treatment.
