MANCHESTER, Ky. (LEX 18)- The Clay County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help after someone threw nearly 50 used syringes onto the 2nd Street Bridge.
A passerby called 911 to report the needles in the roadway. When they arrived, officers began the task of picking up and properly disposing of the used syringes.
