LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– A woman was taken to the hospital after being shot in Lexington.
It happened at about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday on Lemon Drop Lane.
Police say the were responding to a report of a domestic dispute when they found the woman, who had been shot.
Her injuries are described as moderate.
36-year-old Dustin Libby has been arrested in connection to the crime and charged with first-degree assault.
