LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – The city of Lexington is notifying drivers that one lane of Vine Street will be closed for about a month.
The far left lane of Vine Street at the City Center construction site will be closed for about four weeks starting Wednesday, March 27. The construction is located between Limestone and Upper streets.
The closure will allow crews to install curving and two stormwater inlets.
City Center’s construction along the Vine Street sidewalk will make way for the planned Town Branch Commons project. Plans call for the lane to be reopened by the end of April.
