RICHMOND, Ky. (LEX 18)– Kentucky State Police are investigating an incident that allegedly happened between a Madison County Detention Center employee and an inmate.
KSP says that jailer was notified Tuesday morning of an “incident” that allegedly happened between a deputy jailer and an inmate. KSP was asked to investigate.
As a result of that investigation, 44-year-old Vanessa Tester, of Richmond, was arrested just after 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
She was charged with sodomy 3rd degree and is lodged in the Fayette County Jail.
