LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)- Two lanes of the inner loop of New Circle Road are back open after a crash near Paul Miller Ford.
Police say a vehicle struck a pole and brought down wires. Two lanes of the inner loop are reopened but traffic is still slow.
Kentucky Utilities are on scene.
