LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– Police say two women stopped to try and help someone in trouble, but instead were stabbed.
It happened just after midnight Saturday on Ohio Street, near Fourth and Fifth streets.
Police say the Good Samaritans were driving when they witnessed a domestic dispute between a man and woman.
The driver stopped to offer help, but that’s when police say the man stabbed both occupants of the vehicle, then fled the scene.
Both were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Police are still searching for the suspect.
