LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – University of Kentucky theatre alum Patrick Garr will be appearing in a touring production of the Broadway smash ‘Hamilton.’
Garr has been cast as Samuel Seabury and in the ensemble. He will have a featured solo in the Tony-Award winning musical.
He was most previously seen on Broadway in “Mean Girls.” Garr appeared in productions with the Lexington Theatre Company and AthensWest. Both local companies posted congratulations on their social media.
Garr is in the #AngelicaTour which will make a stop in Louisville. Two other Lexington natives are currently working on the #AndPeggyTour. Lafayette High School-SCAPA alumna Rebecca Covington Webber is an offstage swing in that show and Maia Sutton, also of Lexington, is the tour manager of that cast.
