PIKE COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– A woman is dead after being hit by a vehicle in Pike County.
It happened Tuesday night in the Coal Run area.
The coroner pronounced the woman dead at the scene.
Police say a man was driving the vehicle that hit the woman.
They’re investigating the incident as a possible vehicle malfunction.
We’re told the vehicle also hit a nearby mobile home.
