BARREN COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– Officials in Barren County are asking for help finding an escaped inmate.
It happened around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
Officials say Shannon Wyatt was transported to the Barron County Detention Center by the Allen County jailer.
While in the holding room, they say Wyatt escaped through an unlocked door that was not secured by a law enforcement officer.
