UPDATE: The coroner has ruled the cause of death in this case as an overdose.
LEXINGTON, KY. (LEX 18) – Lexington police confirm they are on the scene of a death investigation in the 1600-block of McCullough Drive.
The area of investigation appears to be in Martin Luther King Jr. Park. The coroner and several cruisers are on scene.
