KSP: 2 More Suspects Arrested In Connection To Robbery, Death Of Pregnant Woman

ANDERSON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– Two more people have been arrested in connection to a robbery and murder investigation in Lawrenceburg.

Kentucky State Police say they arrested 20-year-old Robert J. Jones and 19-year-old Austin Chilton, both of Frankfort, late Wednesday night and charged them with first-degree robbery.

On April 9, officers were called to a home on Saffell Street after a 911 call reporting a possible home invasion. Police found 22-year-oldLauryn Kinne, who was in the third trimester of her pregnancy, mortally wounded with a gunshot to the chest.

Emergency crews took Kinne to Frankfort Regional Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead. Her unborn baby also did not survive.

Earlier in the week, 33-year-old Derrick Morris and 20-year-old Jonathan Harley were also arrested in connection to the crime.

All suspects have been lodged in the Shelby County Detention Center.

They are due in court Thursday, April 11.
