LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– The Lexington Convention Center and Rupp Arena will host the Student Technology Leadership Program on Thursday, and traffic is expected to be affected.
Between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., approximately 200 buses with 12,000 students from across the Commonwealth are expected to gather downtown.
Motorists are strongly advised to plan ahead and use alternate routes to avoid Oliver Lewis Way, Manchester Street, West Main Street, and Jefferson Street.
