UPDATE: The road has reopened.
FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– An injury crash on eastbound Interstate 64 has one lane shutdown.
Officials say it happened Wednesday near the 54 mile marker.
The road is expected to be blocked for around two hours.
