OHIO COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– A fugitive from Florida has been arrested in Ohio County, Kentucky.
It happened around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of US 62 East in Rosine.
29-year-old William Douglas Lacy III was taken into custody after Kentucky State Police troopers and US Marshals served multiple warrants.
According to a press release, Lacy is charged with Fugitive From Another State (Bay County Florida); Failure to Appear on three counts of Lewd and Lascivious Molestation and Possession of Sexual Performance Of Child.
He is being held at the Ohio County Detention Center in Hartford awaiting extradition.
