LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– Two people have been charged after police say they gave a missing teenager alcohol, marijuana, and a place to hide.
Deputies found the teen Wednesday morning at a home on Little County Road.
38-year-old William Francis and 26-year-old Joy Collins were both arrested and charged with second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
They were both lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
