LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse and Starbucks are set to open Monday in Lexington’s City Center.
On Friday, restaurant founder Jeff Ruby welcomed his newest location with a ribbon-cutting while also celebrating his 71st birthday.
Ruby previously called the creation of the new steakhouse in City Center a labor of love, and said that he wants it to be a destination for locals to celebrate, escape, and relax.
It will be the fifth Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse. The others are in Cincinnati, Nashville, Louisville, and Columbus.
Also opening at City Center later this year, the Marriott hotel and Residence Inn.
