LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police in Lexington could use your help as they try to track down a man wanted in six shoplifting cases.

The manager at Hi-Acres shared the surveillance footage with LEX 18.

Police say that one of the men in the video is 36-year-old Chad Weathers. He and an unidentified man appeared to walk up to the counter and wait for the manager to move toward the drive-through window before making a move.

A week or so later, Weathers returned alone, and when he saw an opening, he allegedly stole liquor bottles.

Police say all together, the stolen items were worth at least $400.

Police said that Weathers has an extensive criminal record and has hit several other stores in the city.

If you have any information about him, you can submit an anonymous tip through Bluegrass Crime Stoppers, or call the Lexington Police Department tip line.
