MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– Funeral arrangements are set for a Kentucky soldier who died last week while serving in Iraq.
22-year-old specialist Ryan Dennis Orin Riley was killed in a non-combat related incident.
He was a graduate of Lexington’s Henry Clay High School and was assigned to the 101st airborne division out of Fort Campbell.
His funeral is scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday at the Richmond Church of Christ on Lancaster Road.
Burial will follow in Madison County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday night at the church.
Governor Bevin has ordered flags to fly at half staff from sunrise to sunset Monday.
