LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – There are delays on the outer loop of New Circle Road between Alumni and Richmond.
The call came out as a school bus on fire, but it appears that there are no flames. Traffic is moving slowly around the bus.
There is no word as to whether or not there are children on board.
Expect delays.
