LFCHD, LFACC Host Annual Rabies Clinic

LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – On Thursday, May 9 the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department will partner with Lexington-Fayette Animal Care and Control to host the annual Rabies Clinic.

The clinic will take place from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Douglass Park. At the Rabies Vaccination Clinic, citizens can get a 3-year rabies vaccination for only $3… an amazing opportunity! LFACC will also be offering city licenses which are required to keep pets legal. Please bring proof that your pet is spay/neutered to receive an additional discount on any license.

Additionally, microchips will be available for $15 during the event and coupons will be distributed for discounted vaccine boosters which can be redeemed at LFACC on a later date.

All dogs must be on leashes and all cats and ferrets must be in a carrier.
