CLAY COUNTY, Ky. (WWZB)– Clay County Jailer Linda Smallwood is asking for the public’s help locating an inmate.
An inmate walked away from The Clay County Detention Center work release crew on Friday in Manchester.
David Taylor, of Lockards Creek, has been identified as the inmate authorities are searching for.
