FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– The trial for one of the women accused in the deadly shooting of a Frankfort pizza delivery driver is scheduled to begin Monday.
20-year-old Victorya Young is accused of luring Jared Banta to the Country Hills Apartments for a drug deal.
Police say Young and two others got into Banta’s car, where he was robbed, then shot, and killed.
According to the State Journal, a judge denied Young’s request to suppress statements made to police.
She’s charged with complicity to murder and complicity to robbery.
