LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– Five months after a shooting in Lexington, a suspect is now in custody.
It happened near Limestone and 12th Street just before 5:30 p.m., Dec. 2.
Police say that Demarhae Dawson got into an argument with the victim before shooting him in the leg.
An arrest citation described the victim’s injury as serious.
Dawson faces a long list of charges, including robbery, assault, and drug related charges.
