LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– Residents of a Lexington home woke up Wednesday morning to a pickup truck in their home.
It happened just before 2:30 a.m. in the 800 block of Rebecca Drive.
Officials say the structure itself is OK, but there is damage to the front of the house.
A family was home at the time, but no one was hurt.
Police later found the driver passed out in a front yard several streets away.
He was taken to the hospital briefly and then transported to the Fayette County Detention Center.
Officials tell LEX 18 he will be charged with DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.
